Meet the candidate

Gaurav Singh Tanwar

Advocate · Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench

Ex-Joint Secretary, RHCBA

Gaurav Singh Tanwar is a practising Advocate at the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, enrolled in 2013. He has served the Bar as Joint Secretary of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association (RHCBA), elected in 2018, and now seeks your support for the post of General Secretary in the December 2026 elections.

He comes from Banethi village in Kotputli-Behror district and from a family that has served Rajasthan for three generations: in policing, in the legal profession and in public life. That upbringing shaped a simple approach to the Bar: be present, listen carefully, and follow through.

Respected members of the Bar,

I have had the privilege of serving you as Joint Secretary of our Association. In that time I learnt a simple truth: the Bar is strongest when its office is reachable, its decisions are transparent and its promises are kept.

I am seeking your support for the post of General Secretary because there is more to do, and because I believe it should be done together: with juniors and seniors, with every chamber and every court, with the same accessibility and follow-through you have seen from me before.

A stronger Bar is built on integrity, accessibility and action, not empty promises. With your trust, that is the Bar we will build.

With respect and resolve,Gaurav Singh TanwarAdvocate · Candidate for General Secretary, RHCBA Jaipur
